PAMUN PARIS MODEL UNITED NATIONS CONFERENCE

Within the scope of CAS Program, Marmara Private College was at the “Model United Nations” meeting organized by Paris American College in Paris, France between November 29 and December 2, 2018. These meetings, which are genuine simulations of the United Nations meetings, enable students to gain experience in many areas such as personal development, language development, cultural development, developing strategies, and learning the United Nations rules and procedures by leading them to develop solutions to global problems within the scope of world diplomacy.

Our students from different grades were prepared for the conference under the supervision of the Academic Coordinator and Vice Principal, Nur Şahin. Students participated in different committees. Mert Kırlı, Mina Aydoğan, Melisa Eren, Mina Eren, Aysha Koçtürk, Ceren Özselanik and Emre Özler participated as delegates of Belarus while Zeynep Erzincan participated as a delegate of Austria. Our students also had the opportunity to visit Paris's favorite and historical sites in their spare time.
