MUN Conference

The MUN Conference is one model of United Nations Meetings held by high school students. Each year 5 of our students attends the conference held by Aristoteleio Schools, Thessaloniki. At the conference students from various schools negotiate and take decisions as delegates of different countries on topical world problems. On the last day of the meeting, head of the groups read the decisions taken and the meeting is brought to conclusion.

Within the scope of the Classroom Fellowship Project, students of the same age group contact via e-mail and make studies around a common issue. The project concludes in April with an exhibition and a show where teachers and students find the opportunity of coming together.

The studies done within the scope of the Project is of great importance in that they help to establish bonds among countries, to develop the communication skills of students in English and to have them acquire self-confidence.
