Marmara Private College Drama Club students put in a great performance on Hasan Ali Yücel Stage on May 28, Tuesday. The audience enjoyed the students’ performances during the play, which the Drama Club teacher Derya Keçeci adapted from Lope De Vega’s “Mad World”. The play starts with a nobleman, who had committed a crime, acting as if he were crazy and taking sanctuary in a mental hospital. After a while, the mental hospital turns into a place, where the sane and the insane cannot be distinguished. At the end of the play, Derya Keçeci stated that the play reached a beautiful ending with a great effort, but with the values like love, cooperation, unity and friendship that the students acquired during the preparations, the play has reached its ultimate goal.
