2018-2019 ARMABEY PLANNING MEETING

Since 2004, we have been conducting cultural and linguistic cooperation with our sister schools in Greece, Aristotele College of Thessaloniki and Montessori College of Athens. This year’s planning meeting for this cooperation was held in the meeting hall in Turkey Private Schools Association on December 27, 2018.

School principal Dimitris Grozoudis from the Aristotelio College of Thessaloniki, School Principal Tanasis Zachopulou from Montessori College of Athens, Education Coordinator Seden Chouseinoglou and Head of Foreign Language Department Tuba Tuncay from Vega Colleges, High School Principal Mehmet Alkan, Academic Coordinator Nur Şahin and Head of Foreign Language Department Neşe Sarışın from Marmara College attended the meeting.

In the meeting; it was decided that this year, the common values of Greek and Turkish cultures will be studied as the main theme, like every year, there will be teacher exchanges between the schools. The students in the project will come together in Marmara College as well as Thessaloniki and Athens by the end of the year to exhibit their works. Moreover, it is stated that our students will attend the Model United Nations meeting which takes place in Thessaloniki every year.
