In Marmara Education Institutions, communication between our parents and the school is provided through the following means: 

  • General Parent Meetings: three general meetings are held throughout the year including an acquaintance and catch-up meeting at the beginning of the academic year and the meetings held after the report cards are given at the end of the first semester.
  • By telephone (Parents are called by telephone wehn necessary or parents calls the school to inform the administration)
  • Via SMS (In cases of emergency, parents are sent SMS, to the cell-phone numbers registered in the school administration. 
  • Via the web-page (Our parents are supposed to regularly follow our website address: www.mek.k12.tr
  • via e-mail ( Parents may access the e-mail addresses of all teachers in the academic staff section of our website)
  • Via documents and notifications that students are supposed to deliver.
  • Via e-school (Our parents may follow the situation of the students via the e-school link on our web-pagre)
  • Parent-Teacher meetings (held on Mondays and Fridays, in the course hours assigned at the beginning of the academic year)

Considering parent-school collaboration as the most important elements of education, Marmara Educaton Institutions prefer that our parents get appointment and come to school in person to get or to give the necessary information
