Marmara Education Institutions College and Science High School students Elif İpek İlan, Serhat Nişancı, Melis Duru Dönmez, Zeynep Gençman and İrem Baştürk attended the traditional “Chamisso German Reading Contest”, which is organized by Işık High School, with their German language teacher Zafer Kızılcin. The high level of participation from Istanbul as well as other cities of our country has once again demonstrated the importance attributed to the second foreign language education. All the members of the jury were active teachers of the German language and their fair evaluations made the contest even more enjoyable.

The contest, where 75 students from 30 private and public schools competed, was very exciting. We would like to thank our students for successfully representing our school in this contest, where no one lost, and wish them a continued success.
