Visual Arts

In our school Visual Art lessons provide that our students recognize their individual abilities, acquire the sense of self-confidence, discover their aesthetic and critical aspects and develop their visual sensibility.

The objectives of visual arts lessons are as follows: To provide that students use concepts about visual art methods, techniques, principles and movement in a correct way; apply visual art methods and techniques in various fields of life; produce two or three dimensional configurative works; grasp the basic characteristics of objects by way of observation; acquire a consciousness regarding the importance of the importance and necessity of fine arts in life; appreciate art and art events; approach sensibly to artistic and cultural values and grasp the significance of the conveyance of cultural accumulation to future generations.

Works prepared in line with these objectives throughout the year are exhibited at the last week of May.
