DOCUMENTS NECESSARY FOR ENROLLMENT

• Enrollment form (given by the school administration)
• Six passport photos belonging to the student
• Photocopy of the student’s and her/his parents’ ID cards.
• Vaccination card
• Medical Report indicating that there is no harm in students’ attendance to school.
