Visits And Parent-Teacher Meetings

The school administration organizes an Acquaintance Meeting at the beginning of each academic year and one Parent-Teacher Meeting for each semester. Besides, parent-teacher meetings arranged on Monday and Friday every week are indicated on the academic calendar.  Apart from these meetings, the parents may call the relevant assistant principal to demand a meeting. In such cases, the assistant principal invites the parents to the school after arranging a parent-teacher appointment.

The students’ relatives apart from their legal parents (friends, legal relatives, mothers or fathers who do not have the legal paternal power over the students, etc.) are prohibited to make visits to the student, teachers or administrators. In obligatory cases, the legal parent should give written notice to the school administration about the prospective visit.
