Marmara Education Village Student Houses located in the pinewoods and at a distance of 15 minutes to Maltepe (the center) were built 100% durable against the probable İstanbul earthquake and equipped like a family environment.

In our three-floored dormitory buildings, there are two opposite positioned apartments in each floor. The three rooms in the apartments are either single or double at most. Moreover, there is a studio flat including bedroom, living room, bathroom and kitchen in the floors.

The students shall learn how to life collectively, to share, to help, to tolerate under the guidance of the teachers staying in each floor. The students staying at the student houses shall be modern, self-confident individuals showing their talents.
