Upon the proclamation of the “Republic” on October 29, 1923 and thanks to the Great Leader Gazi Mustafa Kemal, our nation becomes dignified and the citizens to whom the state solely belongs have equal rights.

Marmara College, aware of the Republic and following its principles, celebrated the special day with a magnificent ceremony like every year.  The students emphasized the importance of the day through the poems and various shows in the programme prepared by Marmara Private College students and Marmara Middle School students collaboratively. The ceremony ended after the Paint Exhibition on Republic and cutting the cake. We, the students and teachers at Marmara Educational Institutions promised to protect the Republic unconditionally whatever may come. Long Live Republic!
